My passion has always been health and fitness. I am inspired by the impact exercise can have on someone’s life, both physically and psychologically. I enjoy working with those who have never considered themselves athletes and come to find that with training and hard work they can do what they never thought possible. CrossFit provides us with the opportunity to do just that.
Prior to CrossFit, I spent a lot of time on endurance training. Once I tried it, I was hooked. I had been getting bored of my running and gym routines and I quickly realized that CrossFit can give me the fitness level that I had been in constant pursuit of. My favorite thing about CrossFit is the community aspect. Outsiders will give you the results you’ve been looking for, but the family you find here at Outsiders is what will keep you coming back. I am amazed at what people can accomplish with the help of those around them that they could not do alone, and with CrossFit we get to see this every day. I love to see people of all different fitness levels working together to improve their health and well being.
