We will be closed on Easter Sunday 4/17/2022.
We will be hosting a CrossFit Level 1 seminar on Saturday 4/23 and Sunday 4/24.
Saturday 4/23: Endurance WOD at Outsiders from 6:30am until 7:30am then
Oregon Ridge Hill at 9am for an outdoor WOD.
Sunday 4/24: Gym will be closed. We will do a track workout at Hereford High School at 9am.
