    Why Outsiders CrossFit?

    Outsiders CrossFit is North Baltimore County’s Premier Affiliate. As one of the nicest CrossFit’s on the east coast, our facility is equipped with men’s and women’s locker rooms and a designated kid’s area. We are located off Loveton Circle in Sparks, MD, just 1 mile north of Hunt Valley Town Center. We offer group classes along with individual coaching, utilizing the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) performed at high intensity.
