Our CrossFit classes combine strength training, bodyweight movements, and cardio training to deliver amazing results! The workouts change every day and your body will be challenged in ways you never thought were possible. Each workout is scaled to your fitness level so you can maximize results in each 60-minute class. If you are looking to get started into your CrossFit journey we will take you through our 2 part, one-on-one Foundations program.
THRIVE is a total body conditioning program focusing on keeping you moving the entire class. Classes have the same structure and intensity of CrossFit class without the barbell or complex gymnastics movements. Everyday is different to keep you motivated and engaged THRIVE does not require Foundations classes to attend. See our schedule for current class times.
