With our recent expansion, we are extremely excited to announce our new program THRIVE. THRIVE will include the best parts of our CrossFit program and make it even more approachable for all fitness levels. Classes will have a fun and encouraging group atmosphere, a large variety of movements approachable for the beginner, yet tough enough for the fittest, and world class coaching.
THRIVE workouts are 45 minutes long and include a warmup, workout, and stretching. We’ll use lots of tools including body weight exercises, kettlebells, dumbbells, jump ropes, medicine balls, rowing machines and bikes. Dozens of different movements will keep it fun, fresh and energizing. THRIVE will not include barbells or overly complex movements.
This program is perfect for those wanting to get back into an exercise routine, those still recovering from an old injury, or those in a fitness rut who need something exciting and new.
THRIVE classes will start Monday, July 15th and will be FREE to everyone for the first two weeks. Starting July 29, THRIVE will be offered at an introductory rate of $125 per month to our first 50 members. Discounted punch cards will be available to our current CrossFit members who’d like to mix in both! To start with, THRIVE will be offered weekdays at 6:00am and 5:30pm. New class times will be added quickly as the program ramps up.
