Varsity
The Varsity Program is for middle and high school students of all fitness levels, from athletes looking to stay in shape, to teens looking for a supportive environment to workout with friends.
JV
CrossFit Kids
In this program for kids ages 5-7, we have three main goals: 1. Teach; 2. Inspire; 3. Have fun. We teach body mechanics, inspire a healthy lifestyle, and show them fitness is fun.
