If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

Due to the impending winter weather, we will be having open gym in place of our regularly scheduled 5:30am and 6:30am classes from 5:30am-8am. We encourage everyone to stay safe and if you choose to venture out, take it as slow as you need to!
