Evolution Sports Physiotherapy will be visiting the box on Saturday, January 14th, from 8am 11am to do Mini - Evals. This could be a great opportunity to learn about how you can move better. Sign up sheet will be posted at the box soon! 

Starting Sunday, January 22nd, Kyle Bartgis, a PT from Evolution will be leading a mobility class every Sunday at 10am. More details to come.

January will be the first month of the Outsiders commited club. We will be recognizing those who attend (and sign-in) 20 or more days each month.
