On The Minute for as Long as Possible:
7 Thrusters (75#/55#)
7 Pull ups
Complete 1 round at the top of each minute until you can no longer
Note - Scale reps per round in order to be able to complete at least 10 rounds
If you miss one round within first 10 min, take 1 min off and continue through 10 min
