Athletes training for a Triathlon, 5 or 10k, half or full marathon, tough mudder, or those looking for a varied workout regimen focused on training endurance. This program is great for beginners looking for an optimal way to start training as well as competitive athletes looking to get ahead of the competition in their specific sport.
