Before Crossfit, I never really cared about fitness. I played sports throughout my young adult life and I was always a serious cyclist. I, like so many, was never inspired to train off the bicycle. Fast forward a number of years and I was out of shape and lacked focus. I had worked fast-paced physical jobs for years, and when I settled into a more sedentary occupation, it took its toll. I decided I needed to do something.

Crossfit came into my life and it has been a beautiful journey since day one. The self-respect that comes from training and gaining strength is unmatched. I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. The gratification I feel when one of my athletes hits a PR is far greater then when I reach a personal goal. At the end of the day no one cares how much weight is on the barbell. What matters is the dedication that got you there. Coaching all of the great folks at Outsiders inspires me every time I walk in the door. It is my pleasure to be a part of your training and success. I love Crossfit because it is a comprehensive training program­– expanding both your physical and mental abilities.
