When I think back to jobs I have held in my life, the ones I have enjoyed the most combine two of the things I am most passionate about: helping people and sports. I have had the pleasure of holding the positions of Head Swim Coach, Personal Trainer, Aquatic Director, 14 years as a Swim Instructor, as well as 8 years as a lifeguard/Sergeant on the Ocean City Beach Patrol. I have been able to cross off my list of personal challenges “marathon, triathlons, adventure races, surfing and Div 1 track/cross country athlete”, and somehow it has all led me here…to being a CrossFit Coach!

 

I have always had a vision in my head of what a workout should be, but was never sure how to implement it into my workout routine. When CrossFit made its grand entrance into my life, I knew this was what I had been dreaming of! Each day is a new challenge and a new opportunity to be better than yesterday. As much as I adore a great workout, I also enjoy motivating our athletes to be the best they can be during their workout. I love to see new people walk in our door because I can’t wait to see how CrossFit will transform their lives!
